Our Team

Will Richardson is the Founder and Managing Partner of Palovest. He began his career in wealth management, working as a Wealth Advisor at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley in San Francisco before transitioning into the private markets.

Will later served as Director of Private Markets at Elevation Securities, where he spent three years specializing in secondary transactions. Over the course of his career, he has built an extensive network of private market participants and facilitated approximately $300 million in transaction volume across more than 30 private companies. His expertise spans deal sourcing, structuring, negotiation, and execution.

Although now based in Los Angeles, Will’s roots are in Silicon Valley, where he grew up and where his family founded and continues to operate a small chain of Mexican restaurants. Outside of work, Will is an avid golfer and spends much of his free time unsuccessfully chasing a scratch handicap.

Will holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
